Warranty Policy

Official website product is covered with Sunkos product and labor warranty for 12 months from the date of its original receiving date. Meanwhile you can register your products here to extend the warranty to 24 months for free. If any problems occur, please contact the Sunkos Customer Care Center via email support@sunkos.tech.

Our compliant purchase channels are Kickstarter, Amazon, Walmart and the brand's official website. Therefore, products from non-compliant channels are not covered by this warranty policy, and we recommend customers to purchase products from regular channels.


This product is warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials.


This warranty extends only to the original receiving date of the product and lasts for one (1) years from the date of original receiving date or until the original purchaser of the product sells or transfers the product, whichever first occurs.


At its sole option, repair or replace any part or parts that prove to be defective or replace the whole product. For all warranty claims, the product must be returned to Sunkos Products, LLC at customer expense with proof of purchase within the warranty period. Contact the Sunkos customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization. DO NOT return products without an Return Authorization or the warranty claim will not be processed.

This warranty does not cover

  • Improper use or installation
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Damage due to acts of nature. For example: lightning strikes, tornadoes and similar
  • Accidents
  • Misuse
  • Negligence
  • Commercial use
  • Modifications to any part of the product
  • Connection to an incorrect voltage supply
  • Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
  • The use of the product for commercial or nonresidential service.
